The last flowers of a lemon verbena plant were the inspiration for this concoction.
- 2 oz gin
- 1 oz raspberry liqueur
- Juice of 1/2 fresh squeezed lemon
- Club soda
- Fine sugar for rimming
- Add gin, raspberry liqueur and lemon juice to ice in a shaker.
- Shake, then top with soda and stir.
- Strain into a chilled, sugar-rimmed cocktail glass.
