Raspberry Lemontini

The last flowers of a lemon verbena plant were the inspiration for this concoction.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin
  • 1 oz raspberry liqueur
  • Juice of 1/2 fresh squeezed lemon
  • Club soda
  • Fine sugar for rimming

Instructions

  1. Add gin, raspberry liqueur and lemon juice to ice in a shaker.
  2. Shake, then top with soda and stir.
  3. Strain into a chilled, sugar-rimmed cocktail glass.
