Pumpkin Pie Cocktail
Pumpkin Pie Cocktail tastes just like the real pumpkin pie, only with some added oomph.
- 1 part kahlua or creme de cacao
- 1 part spiced pumpkin pie filling
- 2 parts coconut rum
- 2 parts 1/2 and 1/2
- Powdered cinnamon
- Crushed gingersnaps for rimming
- Put everything but the cinnamon in a blender with ice.
- Mix on high.
- Serve in a gingersnap crust highball glass.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
