Peachy Bubbly Gin
This was one of my dad’s favorite aperitifs.
- 1 oz gin
- Asti Spumante
- Slice of fresh ripe peach
- In a champagne flute put the peach slice and cover it with the gin
- Let it marinate for at least an hour or, even better, for several hours in the fridge
- Top with the chilled Asti and enjoy
