Passion Colada
Passion Colada uses passion fruit rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice and Fee Brothers Red Passion Fruit Cordial syrup.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Passion fruit Rum
- 1 1/2 oz coconut cream
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- Fee Brothers Red Passion Fruit Cordial Syrup
Instructions
Blend rum, coconut cream and pineapple juice with ice
Pour all but 1/2 cup of the mix into your glass
Add a dash of the cordial to the remaining mix and blend again
Pour carefully on top of the Colada mix in the glass
Garnish with a pineapple slice
