Papaya Sling

A Papaya Sling is a take on the famous Raffles drink the Singapore Sling. This drink uses gin, bitters lime juice club soda and papaya syrup to give you a very pleasant drink concoction.

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 oz Gin
  • 1 dash Bitters
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 T. papaya syrup
  • Club Soda

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain over ice into Collins glass. Fill with club soda and stir. Garnish with a pineapple slice
