Nutty Colada

If you really want to step this pina colada up a notch, replace the pineapple juice with pieces of fresh (and juicy) ripe pineapple.

Ingredients

2 oz. amaretto
1 oz. gold rum
1-1/2 oz. cream of coconut
2 oz. pineapple juice

Instructions

Blend with ice and pour into hurricane glass. Garnish with a pineapple slice
