Mint Julep Punch
A simple punch that can be made ahead, this variation on the julep is sweetened with mint jelly.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Mint Jelly
- 4 cups water
- 3-1/4 cup Kentucky Bourbon
- 6 cups Pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 7 cups lemon lime soda
Instructions
Combine mint jelly and 2 cups water in saucepan and stir over low heat until jelly melts
Cool
Add Bourbon, pineapple juice, remaining water, and lime juice
Chill
When ready to serve, pour mixture over block of ice into punch bow
Pour in soda and stir gently
Garnish with lime slices and mint leaves
Serves about 40
