Jocose Julep
Mojito lovers should give this jocose (playful) version of the julep cocktail a try.

Ingredients
- 2-1/2 oz Bourbon
- 1/2 oz Green Creme de Menthe
- 1 oz Lime juice
- 1 tsp sugar
- 5 chopped mint leaves
- Club Soda
Instructions
Combine all ingredients, except soda, in blender without ice.
Pour over ice cubes into collins glass.
Fill with club soda and decorate with a sprig of mint
