Dark and rich, this recipe is from the Joy of Mixology.



  • 1 1/2 oz dark rum
  • 1 oz apricot brandy
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • Dash of Angostura bitters


  1. Combine all ingredients over ice and shake for 15 to 20 seconds
  2. Strain into a cocktail glass
