Ginga Likrish Champagne Cocktail
A selfishly-inspired cocktail because it combines three of my favorite things – ginger, liquorice and champagne.
- 1 oz Pernod
- 1 oz Canton Ginger liqueur
- Your favorite dry bubbly
- In a champagne flute add the Pernod and Canton ginger.
- Chill for at least an hour in the fridge.
- Top with the bubbly and ruminate on how good life can be.
