
Fuzzy Elephant
Sweet, creamy and delicious, this is practically dessert. You can experiment with ice cream flavors (chocolate is good) but for this Fuzzy Elephant recipe I’m using plain vanilla.

Ingredients
- 1 oz Amarula cream liqueur
- 1 oz Tia Maria
- Mini scoop vanilla ice cream
Instructions
- Use a well-chilled old fashioned glass (put it in the freezer)
- Put a little ice in the bottom of the glass
- Add a very small scoop of ice cream (a melon baller is the perfect size)
- Add Amarula and Tia Maria
- Serve with a wide straw and sip slowly
