Creole is a variant of the beef biuillion by using rum instead of vodka.

Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Light Rum
- 1 dash Tabasco Sauce
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1-1/2 oz beef bouillion
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Shake with ice and strain over ice into bucket glass
