Creole is a variant of the beef biuillion by using rum instead of vodka.

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 oz Light Rum
  • 1 dash Tabasco Sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1-1/2 oz beef bouillion
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain over ice into bucket glass
