An under-rated cocktail, this is the original Harry Craddock version of the Bobby Burns. If you want to go for a more Scots’ version, substitute Drambuie for the Benedictine.
- 1-1/2 oz Scotch
- 1-1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 1-1/4 tsp Benedictine
Stir with ice and strain into cocktail glass. Add a twist of lemon peel
