Zippity-Do-Dah Cocktail

This Zippity-D0-Dah Cocktail was created after a mile of zip-lining through the tree canopy in north Georgia. The experience was so exhilarating I just had to have something snappy to match.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz gin
  • 1 oz orange curacao
  • 1/2 oz dry vermouth (Martini Rossi Bianco)
  • Bitters

Instructions

In a lowball glass put 3 or 4 generous dashes of angostura bitters. Add gin, curacao, vermouth and ice. Top with soda water and stir.
