Confederate Cocktail

Not just for the blues; anyone can enjoy this Confederate Cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz grenadine
  • 1/2 oz amaretto
  • 1/2 oz peach schnapps
  • 1/2 oz Southern Comfort peach
  • 1/2 oz triple sec
  • 1/2 oz blue curacao
  • 1 oz sweet and sour

Instructions

  1. In the bottom of a hurricane glass pour the grenadine then fill with ice
  2. In a shaker mix all the other ingredients except the curacao and layer over the grenadine
  3. Float the blue curacao on top
