Here’s a little something from Domaine de Canton, (one of my favorite spirits) and the Bangkok Margarita doesn’t disappoint.
- 1 part Domaine de Canton ginger liqueur
- 1 part Reposado tequila
- 2 parts pineapple juice
- Shake well over ice and strain into a margarita glass.
- To up the ante, add a pinch of sea salt flakes and crushed flake (aleppo) pepper. shake and strain into a margarita glass. Garnish with lime.
